I am 22 weeks pregnant and on good diet plan with proper medicine then also haemoglobin is 9.6 so please suggest me something so that haemoglobin gets maintain.

A. Hello my dear! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your daily diet. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Maintain any good personal hygiene and healthy lifestyle.
