Q.
I am 17.4 weeks pregnant. And almost everyday i notice rise in my body temperature. Its 99 or 99.2. Is it normal?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children.
But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefenamic afscid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging wcith lukewarm water is also helpful .
Doctor consultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Its Fever that you are suffering from so you should consult your doctor to reduce out your favourite is, due to the weather changed for everybody to have fever so I think in your case also it is the symbol fever is very basic right now
