Q.

I always have my periods on time but this time is delayed by 4 days and I m still not having my periods .What can be done .Bit worried now

A. Di pregnancy check maybe it’s pregnancy positive that is why you have not got your period so take a check and if it is negative then maybe this is some hormonal imbalance which is why you still have not got your period here for that purpose you should consult a gynaecologist once
