shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mom you need to take help of some elder women in the house she will help you to out your nipple to unblock the pores the another thing you can do if put warm towel on it that means take some hot water put a hand towel in its squeezed and put it on your breast repeat this process 4 to 5 times and then squiz your nipple it will help to take it out properly
