Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and mdaintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean the darea with soap and water
