Make A routine for her pee and poop time.
Make him sit on potty seat twice a day when you think he's going to poop.

Avoid using diapers and explain your little one to inform when they want to pe or poo and it may take time and don't worry gradullay they will start telling. Buy a potty seat which is light weight so it be easy for us and the baby to use. Just encourage them whenever they use the potty seat
