advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits.
when giveng in proper quantity according to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplements from this food only.

Give Good amount of liquid to the child that’s definitely going to be helpful as of now that’s what I can tell you and also or I would say that you should give really good amount of juices soups coconut water buttermilk as much liquid as you can to maintain strength and energy in the body
