how to take care of foreskin of 1 year baby boy? is it compulsory to open?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than one nearest age if baby is passing urine freely if there is no problem simply what's the genitalia with water do not use soaps while giving bath to the baby
