kids usually tend to grind their teeth during the teething phase to get relief from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth..other reason could be due to worms in stomach.. consult with your pediatrician for proper examination

mam,it happens because of many reasons like improper teeth alignment or to not have enough teeth ,and it also happen because of stress.
so please check for this.
