Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely.
Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding.
Distract your toddler.
Stopping gradually will also help prevent problems like overfull, hard (engorged) breasts and mastitis.

You will have to introduce a complimentary feeding to the child gets used to whatever you are feeling slowly you can quit on your breastfeeding that’s actually the correct pattern that you have to follow when you are willing to start quitting onto your breastfeeding
