How to stop brest milk production because I am far from my baby due to job and I am worried about any kind of cyst due to breastfeeding stop

To use this method:
Wear a supportive bra.
Discontinue breastfeeding.
Use ice packs to manage inflammation.
Occasionally express milk to relieve breast engorgement.
