Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. steam.can be at home. Mild cold and cough is common in this season . So for this steam is a good option that can be given to baby 2 to 3 times in a day at home . For severe cough ascoril LS like medication can be given .

Try giving indirect steam inhalation to reduce the discomfort twice a day. Use nasoclear saline drops. Consult your doctor for further advice. Continue breastfeeding.
