A. this needs multiprand approach kfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

A. Are you can take a homeopathic treatment for that and also some exercise especially in yoga or associated with the same issue so you can go ahead with the proper practice of yoga that is going to be helpful in regulating your period cycle
