Q. how to reduce tummy after 6 months of c section?

A. Do yoga in the afternoon. Surya namaskar will benefit u a lot. Daily walk for 30 minutes is adviced. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey mixed in water in the morning to burn fat. Avoid high calorie junk food, oily food. Do not stress urself. Stay hydrated
