yeah..it happens because of hormonal changes
but to balance it , please maintain Healthy life style.
set your consistent routine
find your own time to cultivate hobbies like listening music, reading books , drawing etc.
spend quality time with your family.
take enough sleep
and most important ,take iron and calcium supplements as per your doctor's prescription
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
