Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

do meditation deep breathing and Pranayama which will stabilize your mental state do read some good books
