How to make weight gain for 2 year old child through veg foods

A. Dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your 2 years old child, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, cashew nuts, dates. Variety of legumes and pulses. Give 5 to 6 meals a day including 2 healthy snacks in between.
