A. Hi mom To make strong physically give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet. To make ur child mentally strong, be ur kids friend, teach him good things, give time to ur child, make ur baby understand that u are always around him when he needs you. This helps to boost the confidence level.
