Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello , blend 4 to 5 soft dates with milk in blender.. aur you can soak dates in hot water for 5 minutes and blend afterwards .. initially try giving in small amounts because sometimes it can cause heat , mix ghee in it..
