A. Hi mom Avoid eating packed food junk oily sugary food too much. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Include diet rich in protein like egg, chicken, meat, black chana, sprouts etc and calcium rich food like milk and milk products for weight gain of the baby
