See this is difficult to say mostly when a child is taking a feed your child is going to quit feeding on its own only when the child is full and along with that if your child is full for a minimum two hours after taking a feed that were you know that your child is sufficiently getting fullWrite Your Answer Here

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi if a child is turning his head when feeds are offered , child looks happy or feel sleepy, relaxed after taking feeds , it means that your child stomach is full. mam ,if a child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about it much
