how to know if 3 month baby is dehydrated?

If the urine colour of the child is going to completely turn into dark yellow that is one of the biggest symptoms for us to understand that there could be a chance that your child is suffering with dehydration during that time because a urine colour should be mild yellow to yellow but if it is extremely dark then in that case is it is supposed to be believed that it could probably be due to dehydration only
