How to increse sleep Cycle of my baby? He is always wanted to play, when i am try to sleep him he cries alot. He is 9 month old and sleep less as 9 month baby used to sleep. What should i do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially whicth becomes regularize at arjound 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

playing a quiet game.giving her a bath.changing your baby into her pyjamas.reading her a bedtime story.singing her a lullaby.giving her a gentle massage.tucking her in and kissing her goodnight.
