A. Eat healthy diet and Rest well

Mami practically all these things are not in our hand completely so you should check with your doctor if there’s any way to do it because during the time of pregnancy you should eat well you should be having good meals rest and positive thinking that’s what you can do for your pregnancy rest these things are beyond our control
