you can try to keep your child engaged by giving age appropriate toys .
for example
building blocks, puzzles etc
you can give drawing, coloring or shape or color sorting activity to your child.
mam ,in diet ,I advise to limit your child sugar and salt intake
keep your child well hydrated
limit your child screen time too
