First you should make a schedule as to prioritise, which one comes first and what comes next and what should be done next. Stick to the schedule and try as much to spend more time with your elder one as well. You can try engaging your elder one with Babyhug toys and books while feeding your second one. Yes, i understand Mother‘s role is tough, but remember it is important, and You are important. At the same time, take a good care of yourself too, and as and when required, take the help from your family or spouse . Good luck and take care.
