How to give vegetables to 7m like cauliflower and all

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. cauliflower is not use to give at this age..guve boiled n mashed veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, bert root, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed.
