it is common problem among young babies
please offer small and frequent feeds
burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food
give Massage to your child daily
give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands.
move your child legs in cycling motions
if your child is crying inconsolably then apply paste of hing with warm water around navel of your child or give colicaid drops
maintain good hygiene
