Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficyyial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

You can use nasal clear drops to clean your baby‘s nose. Try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. You can also give indirect steam with warm water twice a day it will also give relieve in cold and cough
