how to gain weight for my 3 month old.. breastfeed only I give

A. Hi , if your baby is active, happy and reaching milestones then nothing to worry. as baby's weight depends on birth weight, hence we can expect baby to gain about 500 gm to 1 kg in a month, double at 6 months at triple at the age of 1 year. small deviation is absolutely fine. continue exclusive breastfeeding to baby for complete 6 months. feed on regular intervals after 2 hours or on demand. maintain good hygiene. avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

A. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth weight. usually they Gain 250 to 500grams per month. so ensure that your child gains enough or not. please feed your child on demand. feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight. give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
