For healthy weight gain in children include following foods in the diet
Fruits like banana,avacado, chikoo, apple
Green vegetables
Dry fruits, peanuts, ghee
All types of daal, beans, sprouts, soyabean, oats, ragi, paneer, milk, curd, egg, chicken
Give small and frequent meal
Avoid excess consumption of chips and chocolate, biscuits too
