NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby compltes 6 months and make sure to have healthy and nutritious food in the diet which can help on the growth of your baby and also make sure there is sufficient breast milk nd baby is taking well
