Well actually all the details are available about what is there in the milk that they make otherwise when you go to a store check the ingredients understand better then you can decide must tell you that on most of the products sugar or these things are mentioned in a different name which you don’t even know so you have to do a very thorough research before buying what you want to buy which is safe
