Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. apply zytee gel or dologel to the ulcer or painful area in the mouth using your finger. it's safe if some gel is ingested. this helps reduce pain and speedsx up healing. consider starting a multivitamin supplement after consulting a doctor. ensure the child drinks plenty of fluids and is not constipated. consult a doctor if there's no improvement. x
