As baby is 10 months old baby can listen and understand expression by seeing the way we are communicating...you can start talking saying hai,bye by waving hands,greetings ,calling her by name,asking needs ,showing toys,pets introducing names and communicating with expressions do you want,shall we go,lets go,come,give this ,hold this toy..
Check baby reaching milestones physical,gross ,fine motor skills,holding toys,things with grip.
