Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficgially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Dguo not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

Just clean the ears from outside using soft cotton cloth.
Do not deep clean inside the ears as it can hurt your baby.
Deep cleaning to be done by the doctor.
