how to clean nipple before or after giving breast feeding and how many times ?

A. ther is no need to clean everyimr to clean before or after feeding. Normal cleaning that you do when bathing is enough once in a day. wear comfortable and clean clothing. avoid tight clothes

A. for nipple no need to clean everytime you can clean at only bathing time usually.. during bathing you can wash with soap or body wash and clean it properly
