RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Use a silicon tongue cleaner whenever you are giving a bath to the child that’s the time you need to clean the tongue of the child properly and that’s going to be enough once your child starts to have it teeth you can start brushing with a podcast
