as per what you have mentioned it appears to be just a normal thing and is not likely to be any problem. U do not wry much abt this and do not panic at all . Just relax

To clean inside nose, it is adviced to clean it while giving bath to ur baby,as it gets soft while giving bath. Secondly u can clean the ear using cotton bud. But do not clean deep inside the ear canal as it can hurt your baby.
