You can use saline drops to loosen up mucus
for ears just clean with cotton cloth wrapped around finger externally. do not insert anything in ear

You can clean it from outside superficially with a soft cloth or something but if you feel that it has become dirty from inside and you need to go ahead with the for the cleaning then in that case you will have to get it cleaned with an ENT doctor onlyWrite Your Answer Here
