Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. there is no need to clean the tongue of one month of baby ok ffor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello u can use a soft clean cloth and clean babies tongue ir u can also use a tongue coeaner frim Babyhug whoch can also help to clean baby tongue and maintain a proper oral hygiene which is very important and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor
