Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. just place the infra red thermometer in front and click .Paracetamol should be given for fever 3 to 4 times in a day . Steam can be given 2 to 3 times if there is cough and cold . Give more of water or ORS to baby . If condition remain same for more then 2 days then consult a doctor

Some Babies got generally little hot head, palm and feet and that's normal dear. For checking the fever, please check always armpit temperature.
Give baby nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year.
