A. 1.5month is too early to fix babies sleep pattern. However, spend more time with child during day that keeps him/her awake. Give massage that would make child stay awake little more. Let the child play alone may be on play gym mat or you may put some balloon or pictures or calender or photos on wall that child can stare at when awake and enjoy self playtime. Make sure light is on when child sleeps during day and use very dim or no light at night. This would help child understand the difference between day-night. Child sleeps well if his/her tummy is full, no gas trouble and no burping issues. Sometimes child becomes tired while breastfeeding and his/her tummy is not full so try pumping out milk and give it in bottle. Try giving formula feed at night so that child sleeps little longer at night and you can get rest too.

A. for making the child sleep you can do the following things you can swaddle the child to make the child comfortable you can sing a song / lullaby you can use a cradle or swingg you can go for a car ride with the child keeping the child on your shoulder you can walk briskly you can keep the child in between both the legs and gently swingc the legs both sides.g sleeping pattern gradually improves with increasing age of the child .

A. Add this is practically kids do not have any sleep pattern so you cannot work over this is the time in you will have to adjust according to your child’s behaviour gradually over the period the behaviour in the pattern is going to change but as of now it is just going to be the same way you will have to adjust with itWrite Your Answer Here
