A. For healthy weight gain of the baby, include freshly prepared nutritious foods rich in fats and protein like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, boiled egg, chicken soup, banana, avocado and 650-750 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and atleast 2 times small healthy snacks or finger foods.
