how to avoid formule milk

A. Hai good morning !! From one year onwards you can start 3 meals ,2 snacks along with cow milk or buffalo milk/packet milk 2-3 times a day is enough. Initially start giving outside milk by diluting with water anf check suitability .. Avoid giving in bottle ,use sipper cups/bottle or small glass . Giving break fast,mid morning snack,lunch,snack,dinner with an interval of 2-3 hours baby wont ask for milk.
