Having Home made food on time ( breakfast lunch dinner) will avoid having unnecessary hunger. Give baby after every 2-2.5 hour food like dal water veggie water rice water coconut water etc and gradually give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups crambled eggs paneer etc.
