How shall I introduce solids for my daughter who shall be 6 months old on 21st of Jan,2026.How ,What and in what frequency and quantity can I start solids for my daughter Vidhitsa?

A. hello after the baby complete 6 months u may give semi solid n liquid based food in the diet n may give home made cerelac rice dal water ghee fruits n veggies puree curd etc
