A. hi mom. in general it is 6 weeks that ur body needs to recover ...but u r not the same as before .. u need to start regularly exercise after that

A. Hi mom minimum six months.. By this time ur stitches are healed completely. so can come to normal life again. There is loss of nutrients from body after delivery. so eat healthy and nutritious diet.
