Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it depends on wt if baby . around 5 ml can be guve safely .you can give steam for cough and cold and mild sneezing . For fever paracetamol can be given 3 to 4 times . For cough ascoril L S can be given 2 to 3 times in a day .
