Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritabilityhi because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not jworry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. Most 3-month-old infants should be getting a total of 14 to 17 hours of sleep in 24 hours . So, that means your little one should only be awake for 7 to 10 hours per 24-hour cycle. Of course, your 3-month-old isn't going to be awake for a full 8 hours at a time.
